Shipping

New Zealand

Shipping is free on every order within New Zealand. Orders are packed and sent from Lake Hawea within 2 business days, and most arrive in 2 to 5 business days by tracked courier. Rural addresses can take a day or two longer.

Australia and the United Kingdom

We ship to Australia and the UK for a flat NZ$36 per order, tracked. Australia usually takes 5 to 10 business days; the UK 10 to 15. Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are your responsibility and aren't included in the shipping price.

Everywhere else

We ship to a further 25 countries at the same flat rate. If your country isn't offered at checkout, email us and we'll see what we can do.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If it hasn't moved in 5 business days, let us know and we'll chase it.

Digital products

E-books are delivered by email straight after checkout. Nothing is posted.
