Terms of service

These terms cover every purchase from mvmntculture.net, run by Movement Culture (TwoSix Wellness), Lake Hawea, New Zealand. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and payment

Prices are in New Zealand dollars unless you've switched the store to AUD or GBP, and include GST where it applies. An order is accepted when we email your confirmation. We can decline or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud; if that happens you'll get a full refund.

Products

We do our best to show products accurately, but colours can look different on different screens. Sizing for apparel is listed on each product page.

The Burnout Box is a set of practical wellbeing prompts. It's general information and tools, not medical, psychological or dietary advice, and it doesn't replace care from a doctor or mental health professional. If you're struggling, please talk to someone qualified. In New Zealand you can call or text 1737 any time.

Digital products

E-books are for your personal use. Please don't share, resell or republish them.

Your rights

Nothing here limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or the Fair Trading Act.

Content and brand

The Movement Culture name, logo, card content, product designs and site content belong to us. You can share links and screenshots; you can't reproduce or sell any of it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.
